She started out as a spa coordinator and moved on to doing massage and spa treatments within a spa. She also has experience doing massages in a clinical setting as well as seated massage at events and workplaces. She specializes in deep tissue and therapy work as well as pregnancy massage, hot stone, trigger point therapy, headache and sinus relief. She is a member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP), the largest professional organization for the permanent cosmetic makeup industry. Members uphold a Code of Ethics and maintain high professional standards. We embrace this field, aspire to be our best, and are provided ways to further our knowledge through education.
In addition to her formal training in Permanent Cosmetics, she is also trained in the use of topical anesthetics, your comfort is her priority. She is current with Bloodborne Pathogens training and follows the California OSHA standards (Occupational Safety and Health Administration).

Ciara Mumford is Owner, Wellness Consultant, and Head Therapist of Living Water Rejuvenation Center - San Diego. She is a Third Generation Colon-Hydro Therapist and Electro-Lymphatic Therapy Specialist. Working most of her adult life in Health and Wellness and boasting over ten years of experience she is one of the youngest and most advanced in her field. She is an I-ACT trained Therapist through California Coastal Cleansing Institute in San Diego, CA. She has contracted with 5 separate Wellness Centers in the southern California area while implementing and training others in her unique way of doing abdominal work, intuitive emotional release, and coaching through her therapies. She has trained first hand under Roxanne Watson an I-ACT Ambassador, Instructor and owner of California Coastal Cleansing Institute for many years, gaining and expanding her knowledge of holistic medicine, supplementation, homeopathy, fasting, and detoxification. She has also worked under and apprenticed for most of her life with Milan Chessman, Pioneer Author, lecturer, Nutritionist, and Instructor in the field of modern day internal cleansing. Ciara continues to exceed her clients expectations with the best, most affective, most innovative and up to date therapies her field has to offer.
